Social Factory Terms of Service

Effective September 20, 2026.

Using Social Factory

Social Factory provides tools for preparing, reviewing, scheduling and measuring social media content. By using the service, you agree to these terms. Use account and publishing features only with the operator's authorization and only for accounts you own or are authorized to manage.

Your responsibilities

You retain your rights in your content and are responsible for its accuracy, legality and permissions, including copyright, privacy and consent. Review generated content before use. Do not use the service for unlawful content, spam, impersonation, unauthorized access or attempts to bypass platform restrictions.

Platform integrations

Connected platform features depend on permissions, platform policies and API availability. You must comply with the applicable platform terms. User-initiated TikTok connection, private Direct Post (SELF_ONLY) and Upload-to-TikTok Draft are implemented for the Sandbox review workflow. Live TikTok publishing is not enabled. TikTok account connection exchanges an authorization code for credentials stored in a restricted file by the operator. Sandbox uploads require explicit consent. Live/public automatic TikTok posting is intentionally disabled and outside the requested review scope.

Availability and responsibility

The service may change, be interrupted or be restricted for misuse. Availability, publication and audience results are not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without warranties, and the operator is not responsible for indirect losses. These terms do not limit rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not allow to be limited.

Questions and changes
