What Social Factory does

The workspace brings together content drafts, media previews, review records, scheduling tools and available performance measurements for configured social accounts. Operators can assess prepared content before using the publishing features available for each platform. Generated content still needs review for accuracy and permissions.

TikTok has a separate, explicit review workflow. The current Sandbox demonstration uses an original, silent AIGC/test video and a configured Sandbox account. General content scheduling capabilities do not enable automatic TikTok publishing.

From draft to review to results

TikTok Sandbox review workflow

1. Arrange access. The operator provides access to the workspace and coordinates the configured account and review media.
2. Connect TikTok when you choose. Start the connection from the workspace, review TikTok's authorization screen and grant the permissions needed for the feature.
3. Preview before sending. Open the TikTok review screen, watch the test video and read the destination, privacy, rights and AIGC/test-content information.
4. Choose an action and consent. Select private Direct Post or inbox draft upload, check that action's consent box and submit it explicitly.
5. Review the result. The workspace shows the latest local test status. For a draft, open TikTok's inbox notification on your phone to continue editing and decide whether to save or publish in TikTok.

Open the TikTok review workspace to inspect the actual video preview, separate consent controls and latest local submission status. Viewing the screen does not connect an account or send media. Account connection and submissions are for operator-arranged access.

TikTok integration

Login Kit: connect your account

The implemented OAuth connection flow sends you to TikTok to authorize account access. Social Factory exchanges the returned authorization code on the server; you do not enter your TikTok password in Social Factory. Connection alone does not send a video.

The review integration requests user.info.basic for basic account access, video.publish for Direct Post and video.upload for draft upload.

Direct Post: SELF_ONLY in review mode

The implemented user-initiated Direct Post sends the previewed test video privately to the connected Sandbox account with SELF_ONLY visibility. Comments, Duet and Stitch are disabled for this demonstration. Submission requires explicit consent; the posting status API is used to check completion. It is not a public posting mode.

Upload-to-TikTok Draft

The implemented draft action uploads the consented video to your TikTok inbox. Uploading a draft does not publish a post or choose its final privacy. In the TikTok app, review the video, caption, AIGC disclosure and privacy settings, then save or explicitly confirm posting there.

These are limited review actions, not an unrestricted publishing service. Each demo action permits one submission; repeated clicks do not resend the video. A failed or uncertain result should be reviewed with the operator before any further action.

User control and consent

You decide whether to connect an account and whether to submit the displayed video. Use only accounts you own or are authorized to manage and media for which you have the necessary rights. Direct Post and draft upload have separate consent controls.

You can decline authorization or leave without submitting. Manage platform permissions in TikTok's account settings, and contact the operator to stop using a connected account or request removal of local data. Revoking permissions does not itself erase stored records.

Data handling and security

The service uses account identifiers, drafts and media, consent and review records, publication identifiers, available performance metrics and operational status records to provide and troubleshoot the configured features. Consented TikTok media is sent to TikTok for the action you select.

TikTok access and refresh tokens are stored server-side in a restricted credential file separate from account metadata. The OAuth callback validates browser-bound state; the panel does not display tokens or log callback parameter values. Operational data is stored in the deployment's databases and files.

Records may remain until the operator removes them; no fixed automatic deletion period is promised. No system can guarantee absolute security. Read the Privacy Policy for providers, retention and data choices.

Support and contact

For connection problems, upload status, access questions or data requests, contact the Social Factory operator through the same communication channel used to arrange your access. Support is coordinated directly with the operator; this deployment has no public signup or support ticket form.

Describe the action, approximate time and the status shown in the workspace. For access, correction or deletion requests, identify the relevant account through that existing private channel. Do not send passwords, access tokens or authorization callback URLs.
